Peace & Love, sculpture in stucco and Carrara marble dust, on a metal base, overall dimensions (WxDxH) 34x38x25 cm.

Inspired by the shape of the human heart, made of stucco and Carrara marble dust, my heart has its peculiarity in the contrast between the colors and the real representation of the heart muscle, not idealized in the classic shape.
Each component of the organ is visible, but painted with the seven colors of the Peace flag that also coincide with the colors of the heart maps.

The different colors are associated with the diversity of the human race, but united in the brotherhood between peoples, each color has a meaning: life for red, healing for orange, sunlight for yellow, nature for green, magic for turquoise, peace for indigo and spirit with purple.

The sculpture was presented at the AIAC Sicilia conference held in Palermo on February 18, 2022. The artist was invited by the President of the Italian Association of Arrhythmology and Cardiostimulation, Dr. Giuseppe Sgarito, to imagine a prize to be awarded during the meeting.

The sculpture is available in 8 different color versions: red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, blue, purple and in its polychrome version, as in the photo.
